The Steel Can Recycling Council has a number of resources available to councils wishing to educate their residents about the recyclability of steel packaging. In addition to the resources listed above, councils can obtain prizes for competitions, advertising templates, media releases and assistance with education programs.

Ways to Get Involved

There are number of ways your council can get involved, including:

• Shopping Centre Displays
• Inclusion in Council Newsletter
• Media release to through local newspaper
• Competition placed in local newspaper (using steel can hamper as prize)
• Placement of advertisement in local newspaper promoting display or other activities
